ONLINE AUCTION

As part of our gala, we have an online auction open a week before the event for the community to show their support! Stars Over Stonington serves to provide critical funding for facility upgrades, organizational needs, and program scholarships. Whether you're attending the event or cheering us on from home, you can join in the fun and make a difference by bidding on an incredible selection of family fun experiences, dining gift certificates, local artisan goods, and more; all while supporting the COMO. The online auction will close at 10 p.m. on Thursday, May 8. If you are attending the event on May 10, there will be an additional lineup of amazing auction items in our live and silent auctions!

A huge thank you to all of our auction donors! It is only with the help of our community partners and organizations that the COMO can continue it's work serving the youth and adults of our region by providing educational, recreational, and enrichment programs throughout the year aimed at fostering a thriving community where everyone can learn, play, create!

Ocean Community Chamber of Commerce

The Ocean Community Chamber of Commerce represents a major portion of the Westerly-Stonington area's business and professional community. They are the largest southern Rhode Island chamber of commerce with 800+ member businesses that represent many aspects of the business world. From local retail trade and professional services to manufacturing and international exporting, Chamber members provide goods and services, jobs, and tax revenue to benefit our residents, our community, and our world. Primary objectives of the Chamber include creating a strong business voice and improving the local economy while maintaining the area's high quality of livability.

Lisa Konicki

Lisa Konicki has been the President of the Ocean Community Chamber of Commerce and the Ocean Community Chamber Foundation since 1996. She serves as the chief executive officer of the Chamber and is responsible for developing programs and working with the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, government officials, the business community and community organizations. She is an accomplished, passionate and award-winning executive with extensive community engagement experience across the fields of disaster relief, emergency services, healthcare, adoptive services, and more. Other accolades include “Chamber Executive of the Year”, an award given by her chamber executive peers throughout New England in 2011, Business Women Achievement Award by Providence Business News in 2014, and a Champion Award by Clean Water Action in 2015.
